this laptop is so much faster than my previous one and has more storage. It was on a great sale which was the icing on the cake

Laptop/tablet in one. Love it! I get to fold it up and use it as a tablet in bed and then as a laptop on my desk. Perfect!

I wasn't told that I would need external; drive from salesman-- I told him that I needed he was well aware that I had turbo tax and cd that I wanted installed. It would have been nice to be told didn't come with cd drive - I had to make another trip to town. Touch screen doesn't always take sometimes have to hit twice

This system is exactly what I needed. I'm going through the operating system to learn more about the functions it provides.

I had the same type of Dell before but it didn't have touchscreen. This one is way too sensitive... every time I make the slightest move, something changes... even when I'm not touching it. I never wanted a touchscreen. I could probably turn off the touchscreen... I just haven't looked into it... I'll try a while longer to acclimate myself to it... because I need to catch up with technology a bit.

Very satisfied with the features on the laptop. The quality of the laptop is very good except the sound could be improved.

I got this for my girlfriend as a gift and she loves this as her first computer. Works well for school work and entertainment

The picture is great, but I question the value. In hindsight a less expensive TV would in my opinion be very close in quality

Works as advertised. No complaints.we use it for multimedia at church and it handles uploading our live stream just fine.

Although the goggles are a good deal for the price the goggles do not accommodate people who have bifocal type of lenses.

I love the concept of the laptop but with the volume always reverting to mute it makes it useless for my wife. With her classes being ever more autovisual having the onscreen audio control on the main screen is distracting at best blocks content at worst. Her inability to hear even with headphones with this laptop has forced us to replace it with our 10 year old Mac.

We use the computer for simple tasks; word processing, browsing the web, checking e-mail. Works well for this.

First time purchase of my very own personal laptop. Hoping to use this for at least five years! Less updates the better.

So many things I do not know how to operate. Geek assistance has not been helpful. Took 4 hours and did not help me.

Had issues with hard drive on first Inspiron; but Best Buy personnel changed the original out for a new one. Works great.

It took a time to learn to use a PC. I have always used a MAC. had to get help in the store to get it useable.

only major challenge was to get use to the track-pad as it was little bit hard than other laptops which I used

Bought this for my niece to use at college. So far it has been great, hope it holds up with the rigors of dorm life!
