    I purchased this 2 in 1 after I had read a good chunk of the Best Buy reviews as well as the reviews from other sites. I was very disappointed by its performance based on the reviews it received. After a couple of days of restarting for constant updates, not being able to sign in with facial recognition, finding barely any apps from Microsoft, and not having my SD cards recognized, I decided to return it. It reminded me of the Dell Inspiron laptop I purchased in 2008 which always froze and processed in slow motion. I am sticking with my Samsung Galaxy tab a 10.1 which has a great processor and great android apps that I can actually use with a touchscreen. If you can afford an Apple product, I definitely recommend that over any Dell laptop.
