The screen on this laptop breaks easily and is more expensive to fix than buying a new one. Make sure your warranty covers the screen.

Bought the computer and out of the box the sound didn't work....zero sound! Mouse is overly sensitive as well

A sharp contrast from the whiz bang of other computers but it has all the basics needed to perform any function.

I am very pleased with my new laptop...I will keep coffee away from this one! The help I received at Best Buy to purchase the laptop was outstanding. The help of the Geek Squad setting up the computer and answering my many questions was another huge plus. I had no idea a new computer could be so fast!

I didn't particularly care for how the laptop was setup but it wad just as it was described.

Computer works great. Quality of laptop = LOUSY. Warranty by Dell on an obvious hinge problem - there is none. You want it fixed, you pay. If you have already bought this model, just never close the lid and the hinges may last longer.

I Purchased this product for a Christmas gift and was sent a defective item. Majority of the keys does not work. Now I have to return it back to the store which is not guaranteed they'll have another one on the premises. I'm unable to give you a rating on this product but I sure can give you a rating on the sales department a zero. They should have checked the product before mailing out. Or maybe this falls on Dell. I don't know and I really don't care at this point I just prey I'm able to get a replacement before Christmas which is in 3 days.

It may the cra**y Windows 10 or a mismatch of hardward, but I have to restart the machine at least once every time I use it. I would not recommend this product.

The computer is beautiful and sleek and has great specs but the mouse pad is one of the worst I've ever used. I plan to return and try a different one.

Bought open box. Said nothing was wrong and geek squad looks it over before they put the product out. However within first week of use it froze on me in in the middle of an online test (that I was two hours into) and nothing worked. Touched the screen, control Alt delete didn't work, nothing. Brought in to geek squad and decided to give that computer back and exchange for a new one. Of course I went with HP (my old laptop was HP. which has lasted over 10 years and still works!!) Because they're reliable!

Upon my wife opening and turning on this "new" computer as a holiday present, she was met with crumbs of food stuck on the keyboard and someone person's account already configured. Packaging was intact and box was taped (I presume from Dell). Had to go back and find a new computer that was actually new. I will say that the help at Best Buy was very gracious and accomodating.

Dell was broken when we tried to set it up. Contacted Dell and shipped to them, received back in less than a week. working great now.

Screen doesn't move in tandem with flip mode...meanings beyond 180 degrees screen still is in laptop mode = upsidedown.
