Great overall, easy to use. Has a few things I'm still trying to figure out

I am a long time customer of Dell products and never had any issues with other products I purchased from Dell. With this laptop, I loved the sleek style and light weight. However, as I was setting up, I could not establish an Internet connection. Upon further investigation I realized it needed a driver. Okay, I downloaded a driver to a thumb drive but when I plugged it in to this computer, it would not read my thumb drive. That was enough for me to know that I did not want this laptop

I purchased this laptop to replace an aging desktop at home. I all use it to run a wireless sound reinforcement mixer. The i5 processor is plenty quick and with 8G or memory this unit is fast. I chose it based on its specs compared with other laptops and also its sturdy construction. This this is also good looking and stylish. A great value in a portable PC. I have experienced none of the wireless issue reported buy earlier purchasers.

Overall, this is a good starter laptop for the price. I ultimately returned it after an additional holiday sale surfaced, where a slightly more powerful laptop was available at a similar price category. As I view a laptop as a replaceable item every 2-3 years, I opted for the slight improvement this time.

I really have loved using this computer for the simplicity of it. Great features. Lighted keyboard made its easy to use at night without lights on. Tablet features are very useful.

Needed to replace old computer. Went for upgrade. Came with Windows 10 which serves my needs very well. Not a game junkie, so didn't need turbocharged processor. So far, so good.

I bought this laptop as the deal of the day for 499.99. Good looking screen. Fairly fast startup. Connects to wi-fi fast. Plenty of storage. I have trouble getting it to convert to laptop mode. Not a big deal as a rarely want that.

This is an easy product to review. Dells are generally reliable. This is a pretty intuitive product, and my end-user is pleased.

I like this computer for the fact that you have the option of touch screen or keyboard. It works well and has a nice look. It's also light weight and easy to carry around, this is good for me because I travel a lot. Thanks Dell

Overall I'm quite satisfied with the laptop however it's not quite as fast starting up as I had hoped. I do like the Windows 10 interface and the touchscreen feature is nice.

Great laptop for the price. Use it to run programs for truck engine diagnosis. Works great

I loaded info off old hard drive. The third time I turned it on after that, to load office, it would not turn on. I carried it back and was told I would have to pay to have the info on it saved and they would give me a new computer. I paid $700+ for this computer and it broke that fast. I decided to wait until after the holidays to go back and see if I could get better service. The woman taking care of me was rude. I will admit they were very busy because of the holiday traffic, but a moment or two to talk to me, rather than just talking to me over her shoulder while I waiting on others would have been nice. I bought a TV the same night.

I purchased this laptop for working with graphics and finishing college and it has been perfect! The touch screen has been useful and I haven't had a problem with the computer at all even 6months into the purchase.

I bought this for my home business, upgraded to windows 10 pro and has been perfect for the job so far. Easy to use and Windows 10 is way!!! better than windows 8.1
