This is my first experience with a touch screen laptop and I have been pleasantly surprised. It is by no means a requirement but it is sometimes nice to have that ability when sitting on the couch or laying in the bed.

I bought it for my wife and it run fast and great price at the time I bought it!!!

I do not like the keyboard, I do not like that there isn't a CD drive, the applications are difficult to comprehend. I would prefer previous aged computers because they made sense and were simpler. I am a fan of Dell but I'm just not impressed with the new technology.

Does everything I need it to do. It is fast, easy to use and a great product.

Love the weight and size of this machine! Since I'm still old school my only negative is I wish there was a cd/dvd built in. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a decent reasonably priced solution.

got this on sale for under $600. I'm not sure it would be worth normal retail price. I we are happy with it but the TouchPad can be finicky, seems to stop or got right past what you are trying to click on.

The laptop only has 8GB, but works perfectly for researching and creating documents, which is the only reason we use it. I would recommend it to others.

Purchased for wife. Used for various office tasks.

Like the overall touch and feel of the computer. The keyboard has a nice feel. The computer is bigger than I thought. The bezel around the screen could be smaller. The weight is acceptable for the size.

*My* primary laptop was exposed to rain during an unexpected storm in Austin and had to have the motherboard and other components replaced. This was an adequate interim laptop during the month or so that it took to complete these repairs. While it was *not* configured as *I* was used to with the primary, it worked OK except for the abbreviated keyboard which deleted already entered text without warning as the alternate keys were accidentally pressed while trying to maneuver as with the *complete* keyboard. This was *after* the touchscreen option was *disabled*.

Bought this as birthday gift for my teenage daughter. She seems to love it and I haven't had to mess with it. Dell has always had quality products imo.

I love this laptop. I didn't think I needed a laptop with a desktop and a tablet, but it was such a great deal, I just couldn't pass it up. Am I ever glad I decided to get it. I find myself doing everything on this laptop. It's just so convenient and I love watching my YouTube videos on this big 15" screen instead of on my 10" tablet. I rarely use my desktop anymore.

The features of this computer are excellent, but there is no 10-key. I thought of attaching a keyboard, but that was too cumbersome. I'm an accountant and need a 10-key so I returned it and purchased another brand that had the 10-key built in the keyboard.

I have had my computer for almost two weeks and it works very well. The hardest adjustment is adjusting to Windows 10! I was using Windows 7 before.

I bought this laptop not knowing if I would like it. But it's the best laptop I have ever purchased!

Bought this for the wife and its impressed me enough to want to get one for myself. Only snag I experience was the Wi-Fi going off/on, I went to Dell's sight and reloaded the Wi-Fi drivers, problem fixed. This was worth the money.

BB had a great sale on this computer so I jumped into the pc world. I have had no issues to date. It boots quickly, the battery life is good, and the quality is better than I anticipated. onlt downside for me is the touch screen isn't great. it only registers large touch pens, doesn't register a small computer pen like what you find with a Lenovo

This is a very functional laptop - converting to a tablet and laptop. It has the necessary ports - USB, HDMI, etc. Strangely enough, it came with a security CD, but there is no CD drive.

Loved it. It's very light for traveling also very easy to use.
