Great Choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this laptop because it is fast enough for me. I didn't think I'd like Windows 10 and took some getting used to. For the most part it's fine but some things I'm not fond of. The laptop has very good graphics. Does not have a DVD drive or 10-key pad which so far has not been an issue.

Smooth running but visually very busy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This system - operating and otherwise - is light years ahead of anything I've used. The slick, busy home screen is decidedly geared for younger users, but the navigational tools are easy enough to follow. You don't have to work too hard in this technological age to be made to feel like a dinosaur. One major beef with Best Buy though. I spent over $1,000 on a new laptop and still had to pay $80 to transfer information from my old hard drive.

I made a mistake buying this.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is slow to start - I should have paid more and bought the i7 CPU w/solid state hard drive. Sometimes, the screen just goes black and I have to shut the computer off and restart - don't know if that's a Windows 10 thing or a Dell thing. Kaspersky Internet Security was a mistake - it did not load properly (product key comes from Best Buy, but software comes from web); I had to let Geek Squad commandeer my computer to get it loaded. Now, computer constantly flashes dialog boxes with warnings (sounds like someone is leaning on my doorbell) - I have only visited 3 news, 2 financial, Geek Squad, & Microsoft websites, and have not downloaded any files - less than 5 hours use in 34 days. Will visit Microcenter, buy ESET Anti-Virus, and remove Kaspersky before using laptop again. Also, my mistake, but did not notice that laptop does not have an ethernet connection - I had to buy a pigtail (ethernet to USB3) to connect to hard line at home (I don't have a router). I would have returned the computer within the 2 week period, but I live 80 miles away from point of purchase. Full disclosure: I've used Dell and HP desktops before but am new to Windows 10 and their Edge browser. Some of the problems may be with Edge as one of the websites I visited says you must use Explorer.

Not Impressed!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was an open box item and had to be returned. Phantom touch issues. Could have been a random problem, but that's all I have to go on for this review. Purchased an Asus and it works great.

Good Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this about a month now, and I'm liking it. I haven't used it as a table but as a laptop, it's been good so far. I like the backlit keyboard that turns on and off as you are using it and allows you to use in low light. It does start up kind of slow, but processing speed seems to be good. I hadn't used Windows 10 before, and I'm adjusting to it. I was one of the ones who actually like 8.1, but 10 is fine. The display is really nice and crisp. The battery life isn't terrific, but acceptable. Overall, I would recommend and repurchase.

Nice computer easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far no problems, works well and easy to use. I like the light up keyboard and touch screen is really nice, I do wish it had the number keys on the right side of computer, more convenient at times. Being able to fold back and use like a tablet too is really a great feature to have.

Great laptop for all around needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did a lot of research trying to decide which laptop to buy and ultimately decided on this one because I thought it would get me the best bang for my buck. It was on sale for about $610 when I bought it and had better specs than a lot laptops I looked at that were more expensive and definitely had top of the line specs for any laptop in that price range. Has the 2 in 1 capability, big screen, 8gb of ram, and the 6th gen i5 so it was a no brainier once I found this one

Nice computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer for my son who loves to play games on the internet. So far he is able to do the things he like to do on the internet. He is enjoying all the features such as the touch screen and the fold back like a tablet. So far Dell has not let us down.
