It's fast for general computing, nice screen resolution and has plenty of storage space!

I really like this laptop. I use it mainly for school but when I use it to play videos and music it's fast and doesn't freeze.

I sought to buy my new laptop from Best Buy with the hope that I would have the support I need, not being a "techy." I felt pressured to buy a product I could have purchased for half the cost directly from Dell. I was "given" a Kasperkey internet security package "for free," only to learn it is not compatible with Windows 10. So much for tech support in the purchase of this expensive (to me) product. I also bought an all in one which worked for the first week then "kurplunk." The geek squad - which I thought I was getting by purchasing through Best Buy costs an additional $168.00 for on site service. Next time, I'll go direct to Dell and figure the rest out on my own - it's what I'm doing now!

Frankly, Dell brand laptops don't usually disappoint. No surprises with this one .

First 2 in 1 I've bought and am very impressed with this Dell Inspiron 15. Sleek design and no network or Windows 10 issues. Easy set up and use with external monitor and usb ports.

Was looking for a laptop that fit my needs. Told the sales associate what I was looking for, he directed me to the Dell model and it was a great buy for the price. After using it for a few weeks, it is flawless and the speed is awesome.

I'm loving my new laptop! Its my first laptop and my son helped me purchase it. He looked at what I needed and wanted and felt this one was perfect for me. Love the touch screen! Still feeling my way around but its very user friendly.

This is a great laptop for the student or person that just needs a tool. Obviously this isn't for gamers but if you just need a computer to do simple spreadsheets, documents or social media, this one is for you. Nicely priced and reliable. The only issue I had with it was the network driver that is installed out of the box. Until I could update the driver, it would not work on my wireless network. Once that was completed, it worked perfectly!

I am really enjoying my Dell laptop. I enjoy the speed, the comfort of opening multiple screens/apps whenever I need to. I use it for everything from college assignments to work assignments. This truly was a great purchase
