this dell laptop is lighter for me to travel with!

I bought this laptop for my wife. She like it. Picture quality is good. Touch screen is smooth. Keypad and touchpad are similar to Apple Macbook.

Works great, plenty of storage. I bought it for computerized quilting. Now I can design my own patterns. I also take it to CAD classes for quilting.

I always had Dell PC and the usage of what I need has always been there. Love the bigger screen and that I can use it as a Touch Screen. Fantastic.

My first Dell 2 in 1 had a blown NIC card, and the second one couldn't stay on even when the power settings were set to never. I traded the last one for the HP Envy. Best decision I have made this month.

Its just great. This was exactly what I was looking for. At my work I have to do plenty of presentation and show demos to the new supplies and customers. Just walking around with this in my hand and taking notes and at the same time showing whats on my screen just made it easy. Good buy for the price as well.

Was slow to start originally but after a few days it updated and has worked well. It is fast with a sharp picture. Happy with the battery life.

It is a new learning experience for me as I had Microsoft Vista before and so many things are different. It is certainly a new learning curve

This was meant to be a laptop to transition me from college to adult life. So far I am incredibly pleased with its performance and size.

Great laptop for a great price. No issues with tablet mode, the touch screen isn't to sensitive. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I love my Dell Lap top. It allows me to work on my clients accounts anytime I travel. And with the DVD player - I can also watch movies when I travel as I get Netflix on my lap top. The only complaint I have is that the bottom gets supper hot and is uncomfortable if sitting directly on my legs. Other than that - I love it. So - I have purchased a small lap desk with legs to place under it so that it is elevated and air is now able to circulate under it and over it. Much better.

The Dell laptop is slower than my HP Spectre. But it serves its purpose.

This was an open box in excellent condition even though the box said fair, with $200 dollars of a new one this is a no-brained decision

Not crazy about touch screen. Still gave trouble with resizing of pagr

So far the computer is working great with a solid state hard drive. The only probably I had so far was some keys were not working on the keyboard so I contact dell to get it replace. It took about 1 week to get my laptop back. Other than that the laptop runs and works well during school.

I compared this model against other brands. It has better specs overall for a better price. So far this has been a great computer.

i buy loptops before but this one is the best and DELL is the best is fast and great price and a great tablet the picture is great

I love that it is touch screen and easy to use. My kids love that it turns into a tablet.

The touch screen is handy and laptop is quick. Has a lot of memory and works really well.

I'm an Apple user but sometimes you need a Windows machine.Been a long time since I bought a Windows machine but am very happy with this purchase.No junk ware like the old days that I remember.You don't even need to buy the antivirus,just turn on Windows defender and your good.I still use my Apple imac and Mac book pro as my regular machines but this Dell was a pleasant surprise. I give it 2 thumbs up !
