I needed a high quality laptop for a remote employee, so I went to the local Best Buy store and shopped around. After some deliberation, this seemed to be the best value for the money, at the form factor I desired. Seems built to last, which is important for a remote employee.

As others have complained, this system is extremely slow, even right out of the box. 4 years later, that hasn't improved, and I'm already looking for a replacement. The touch screen works great, and I rarely have a problem with responsiveness, other than the lag that I've already mentioned. Honestly, I rarely use the touch screen, and after first couple of months, I never turn the keyboard around to use it as a tablet; it's just too bulky for that.

It's a wonderful computer and tablet all in one. I only wish it was a little smaller. The sound is excellent as well.

Laptop has many functional features. Fairly light weight. My only complaint so far is the mouse pad sensativety is randomly super sensative and sometimes isnt sensative enough. Overall...the laptop fits the price.

So far I really like this laptop. Love the backlit keyboard and that its touchscreen and also converts to a tablet.

This is my first time ever having a Dell it works great.

I had no idea what kind of laptop I wanted walking in but they sales rep was very patient with me and walked me through about 5-6 different options then showed me this one. I bought it as an open box purchase and after I got it home it had issues with connecting to Wi-Fi. I took it back in to the Geek Squad and left it with them. They called a couple hours later and it was fixed. They didn't give me any hassle or try to charge me. Very pleasant experience overall.

I love the big screen and everything runs smoothly on it. I don't really have any complaints about it. I guess if anyone would complain about it then it would be the size. It's big due to the large screen but that's why I bought it so it's not an issue to me.

This is a really great laptop for a reasonable price. Love the features, you won't be sorry you chose this one!

Am a little disturbed by the fact that things are now slower to load on this new computer than on my old one. I'm not sure why that is since my internet service has not changed. I love the fact that I can use this as either a tablet or a pc; very nice!

I am from the BC (before computers) generation and I have found that this is the most user friendly laptop I have ever used.

I was unsure about the touchscreen feature, and about Windows 10, but both have proved comfortable to use.

I was disappointed when I purchased a seperate dvd player and then found out that windows 10 does not have a media player. the salesman said it would work with no problem. i havent found a media player download that doesn't have a ton of pop ups....

The computer is priced perfectly. It is perfect for school and home office work. Easy to use and carry.

Had my old Dell for six years so it was time for a new one. The 2-in-1 is very handy! A great value.

Excellent features and it has great speed. DELL is a well known brand this laptop is no exception.
