This laptop has a big clear screen. The keyboard is very comfortable to the touch and easy to navigate. The touchscreen is a nice feature because you can zoom in and out and touch a link instead of using the built-in mouse. I find it sometimes takes a bit of pressure to use the mouse. The laptop is very solid which I really like especially after looking at some of the cheaper laptops. I think this one will last a long time.

Got this notebook for online school and it works perfectly. Fast, light, touchscreen... Super!

This laptop has worked great for me so far! I mainly use it for school. The only downside is that I can't get chrome web browser to work with it. It worked the first few days, but then quit. Overall, I'm still happy with my purchase!

I had a few issues with the network adapter out of the box. After Dell helped me troubleshoot the problem it has been smooth sailing since.

I am very happy with everything about this laptop, It is quick and great to work with.

Best laptop I have ever bought, no issues and love the touch screen

I was extremely excited to buy this laptop for college, but my excitement was quickly ruined. I had found awesome reviews of this model and it had everything I wanted. Setting it up was great, it did not take long at all. Upon taking my laptop to use it in a location other than where I set it up, the wifi would not stay connected to the router. I did several actions to try and address the problem myself, but I hit a dead end. I ended up returning this laptop and bought a nearly identical HP model.

Really liked the specs on this computer. Also loved the look and feel of the computer. Additionally, the computer has a solid feel without being too heavy. The thing that really bothers me about this computer is the graphics card constantly crashing. Whether it's watching a video, or scrolling through twitter, the card will crash and will essentially freeze the computer for 7 seconds before allowing you to continue. I believe this is an operating system error, but yeah I just wish it wasn't like that. If you can, pay slightly more for a nicer computer that doesn't have that issue.

So far very happy with it. Purchased it for home use. Other computer broke and was replacing it, very happy with Dell products so figured not knowing that much about computers stay with what you do know.

Good value for the money. Only gripe is the touch screen became wonky after 1 year of use. Disabled the touch screen which made it a "regular" laptop and not a 2-in-1

This computer is a vast improvement over my old desktop. Larger capacity with much faster speed. Still a ways to go with my learning curve but coming along. So far I'm very happy with this computer.

I saw the Dell Lap top in Best Buy and I liked the size and the price.

Bought this laptop cause i loved the design of it. The screen looks awesome and its styling is great. One Problem was that it would not connect to the internet and would go in the safety mode. Returned it and got a Apple Air. I must have gotten a bad one but was not willing to give it additional try.
