    I purchased this Dell laptop for my grandson because he had actually done the research and knew what he wanted. I used to work for A computer company and tried to push him toward that vendor product because I have a retirement account there, but my grandson thought the Dell was much better and loves it for completing his Summer college projects.

    I just wish it had more of the windows seven features. The mail feature is awful so I had the windows live mail added, this was a whole lot better. I also prefer the windows 7 favorites

    Bought it open box and it works great. Only downside for me is the HDD. I'll most likely switch it out for an SSD down the road. I also rarely use the tablet form since it's so big!

    Thank goodness for a teenager who set everything up for me. So far so good. Dell support is available for help. Just need to get the right person. Remember keep trying until you do.

    After updating the drivers and installing all the patches from Microsoft the machine is great. Handy machine to have. Light and quick, does everything my wife needs it to do.

    Love the machine, but I'm not sure of "renting" the Microsoft collection. I'm told that's the way it is, so guess there's nothing I can do about it. Love the graphics.
