This is a great laptop option for people on the road. It has enough power to complete daily business process. Recommend this for any traveling business man.

I needed a laptop for personal and work. This laptop does the job. Not the best keyboard but I use an external mouse/keyboard so this isn't an issue for me.

For the price decent build quality, 500GB drive a bit sluggish, could use SSD drive. Overall happy with system

The laptop worked great for one day. On the second day it would no longer receive Wi-Fi signals. Called Dell customer support and they were great, but after an hour of troubleshooting they recommended returning the laptop. Went with a Toshiba and have had no problems.

This laptop provides optimal use, considering the memory. The speed could be a little quicker, but the price is unbeatable. Perfect for students!

I like this laptop so far. I like the big screen but sometimes it can be a little big when I'm in tablet mode. Still great, though. I'm a little worried the screen will get loose from all the back and forth movement from tablet - laptop transitions. Other than that, it's great so far. .

Lots of issues at the beginning with the keyboard and screen. The keyboard would just stop working. Not sure if the software would confuse when in laptop or tablet mode. Graphics card warning still keeps popping up when Edge is open. Spent many hours on multiple calls with support. Which, to be honest, it is so freaking hard to understand the support people. I love the sturdy feel and sleek design. Things are getting better but it has been rough.

Hd screen is great. At times it can slow down. But I overlook that because it was less than 500. Great for the wife to play solitaire on.

The machine would not boot up and after repeated trials boots up but would not shutdown for a long time after asking it to shutdown

I use this computer as a lightweight work computer, it runs great. I managed to get mine from the geek squad refurb section and just put an ssd in it. Works great no complaints. Since dell became a private company they have really improved their product quality.

We bought this same laptop for my nephew who will be a freshman at college in the fall. He loved it so when I was in need of a new laptop, I bought the same one. Can't beat the recommendation of a teenager. They know their technology! Great value for the price point!

Impressive specs, good build quality, so far an excellent laptop, especially for the money I paid for it! The only thing I miss from my previous laptops is the numeric keypad, but I'm getting used to that.

I bought this for my 14 year old son. It is light enough for him to stick in a backpack and take to school and has all the features needed. The touchscreen makes it easy to use in a variety of situations, making it much more versatile than the laptop he had.

Found this at a discounted price at my local store. Just the right size and features I was after at a price I could deal with.

Got laptop home, read instructions which stated: connect power adapter and press power button. I don't have a power adapter!

The Dell 2 in 1 laptop is a nice laptop for general use and occasional gaming. The only thing I miss is the disc drive.
