We bought this for my daughter to use at college this fall and she is really enjoying it - she still needs to load some things but we need an external DVD/CR rom drive to be able to do that

Processor is able to handle our student's college workload without difficulty.

The product is very good at very good price. The features are very good.

I didn't notice that the rotating arm was taped down, so my first meal was frozen on one side and cooked on the other. Other than that the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

This is a good 2in1 for anyone with light to moderate personal use.

The computer was an open box item, that had the audio drivers uninstalled, and when taken back to best buy to have the problem fixed, I got nothing but attitude and resistance from Geek Squad and the manager of the store. They wanted nothing to do with fixing the problem and making me satisfied, they just wanted to give me my money back and get me out of the store. After 5 trips in two days I finally gave up and got my money and bought my new computer from Amazon. It was a bad experience with people who have no idea what customer service is. Best Buy neds better people working for them, or at least people who care about customer service.

I purchased this laptop months ago, and unfortunately it was stolen at school. I never had any problems and it worked wonderfully so I replaced with with the same laptop.

Nothing too spectacular but it totally gets the job done

This laptop is big enough but no too big. Meets my needs to a T.

This is an excellent computer. It's gives you a great HD picture and is easy to operate. I set it up myself and I'm not especially savvy when it comes to technology.
