Wrong information provided online-DONOT BUY

The specification says processor speed as 2.8Ghz whereas when I checked my laptop's system configuration, it is showing as 2.3 Ghz. Highly disappointing. I did not expect this from Best Buy. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY....
