I am not sure its because windows's problem or computer's hardware's problem. Anyway, I won't purchase refurbish computer any more.

Touch screen died in 2 weeks

I am assuming Dell will fix it but there fact that I will need to send in a brand new computer for warranty repair is irksome. As a non touch enabled laptop it is wonderful but that isn't what I purchased it to be. Nothing like paying for extra features that go out almost immediately. Not only did touch go out but the screen is yellowing it's whites at the edges of the screen.
