Great design, easy to use 2 in one laptop. Touch screen problems, froze after a couple of updates.

Bought this for my daughter in CO. She is having issues with the laptop connecting to wifi's

I didn’t really like this touch screen so I returned it a few days later.

After owning the computer for about 30 days it stopped working it would not turn on and so we had to take it in for repair and they had to ship it off to California and we won't get it back for several weeks. This is frustrating as I was trying to do an online class this summer and now I don't have access to my computer.

I have been having trouble typing messages, letters jump all over the screen

I have had my laptop for just over a month and already I have problems with the touch screen not working, I had to send it to Dell to be repaired. I sometimes check the review before I buy things but this time I failed too. I wish I would have because apparently others have experienced the same problem.

it had a glitch @ the top corner of the screen . may be a bad piece

Should have bought one with 1-7 chip and more memory

NO issues at all, Great performance, great looking. Fits exactly to what my need is. Runs 4k video smoothly as well. I was almost there to buy Asus but somehow ended up getting this one, due to Dell being a very silent machine, no HDD vibration, no issues with screen sensors, excellent design. and also worth money you spend. I did research enough for available similar laptops in the market. This wins among all windows PCs. I did receive some error for Reference memory could not found or something, Just followed the steps available online on youtube to fix the error, solved the problem. Its most likely software/driver update problem. Works great. But not so happy with the battery life. It runs out of battery so fast! They could have done little better work at least for such 2-1 laptops. Mostly people will be using as tablet mode often. But I think its okay. Worth the money they offer. I got it for very cheap though due to open box. :) next plan is to replace it with SSD samsung EVO 500GB from bestbuy only. :) TO MAKE IT MY SUPER COMPUTER!!! I cant wait to see the solid performance of the PC with brand new SSD upgrade!!! Any questions, concerns, comment in my review and I will try to reply each of the query asked. Hope this review helps someone who might be buying this one out.

It's an okay product, but over the top to brag about

I was very disappointed in this product. The wifi board was not working on this brand new laptop I bought for my nieces graduation.

I brought this laptop less than 6 months ago hardly used it because I was busy then I decided to start up an at home business and the laptop had cursor and mouse issues u couldn't even use the computer I'm currently working with Dell and the customer service is awful no one knows what they are doing don't respond to emails or read them and they take forever to respond it's been 2 almost 3 weeks and I the issues are still not corrected!!!!! Don't not I repeat do not buy this you will be disappointed!

had several problems getting online with this laptop. When I called Geek Squad, they informed me that it was a problem with Dell Computers and Windows 10. Had to take the laptop back and exchange for a different one. Was not happy at all.

Runs 2 hot, cord died already, short battery life.

too expensive for the features got better deals in others brands

I purchased this laptop as an open box item. Had nothing but issues with this laptop. Laptop would not stay connected to the Wi-Fi connection and had issues with the laptop booting afterwards. This is the first laptop and the first open box item I ever had an issue with.

I ended up returning this laptop. The mouse was incredibly frustrating often going from one side on the screen to the other in the transition to laptop to tablet and vice versa. It proved to hard to work with and went back.

For this price point this is an impressive laptop. I orginally bought another brand for nearly half the price but felt like I was forfeiting things I wanted in my laptop like processor speed, graphics quality and lighted keyboard. The intel i5 processor is impressive vs the AMD 10 series. I read a review that they were comparable but that is totally false and I am not exactly an expert. The graphics are much better than I expected. I didn't originally feel that I needed a touch screen but this one has it and it actually comes in handy. The shell material is impressive and made of high quality materials. Overall I'm totally satisfied with every aspect of this laptop.

i had to return this laptop because the internet card was defective, this seems to be a common complaint with this machine.
