I had been researching laptops for a long time...not wanting to spend a ton of money...walked into Best Buy one afternoon and saw this i5 on sale (200.00 off). It was what I was looking for.. full HD..intel i5..touchscreen..Very happy with it so far.

Really nice computer for the price. Do pay attention when everyone is complaining about the graphics driver failing - it's true! You will be working along - then all of a sudden the screen goes black - then about ten seconds later it comes back to exactly where you were. Annoying!! But I'm hopeful they will come up with a fix. And when they do - this will be wonderful! It really is a nice computer - an annoyance with the graphics driver .... but they will figure out a fix

I bought a dell Inspiron and I am very pleased with it. Sleek design and fast processing made it a great buy.

A laptop that provides tablet experience. Good battery life between chargings. may need to add a disc drive.

I like that it can be a tablet or laptop. Has taken time to get use to the differences.

I can vouch for a those who lament a very negative out-of-box experience. Best Buy assured me that all drivers were current. NOT. The drivers I tried to update sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. In short, the video kept crashing and flickering terribly. I would have to constantly reboot. No issues at all with wifi. Works great. Let me say, though, that Dell's online chat support was wonderful. They answered quickly, offered to update drivers remotely, and corrected the video issues. An even newer driver just came out today, and they updated that as well. Video is smooth and images are clear and vibrant. Once, when disconnected from Dell, they contacted me by phone within minutes. I am most pleased with tech support from Dell. Having read others' horror stories, I was concerned. No longer. The only thing I really don't like about the laptop is the cheap, loud plastic mousepad. There's apparently no driver for it except the generic Microsoft one. Gestures work only sporadically. But for the price I paid for my open box unit ($399), I can live with the touchpad. I'm a pretty happy camper right now, but will definitely put the laptop through the test for the 14 day return window.

Versatility of the screen position , bigger memory and Windows OP were the main factors that motivated us to buy this machine for an architecture major student. Had to switch from Mac Pro - no regrets! This laptop has many great functions and really stands out from many of its kind on the market. It's ability to rotate to a tablet form for easy drawing, drafting and watching videos is a big plus. The speakers and the sound volume that they produce is very impressive!! The switch to Windows fro iOS was nevertheless really easy. It was intuitive to adapt to the Windows settings as the layout of all the applications is very organized. One of the features that I don't like about this laptop is the battery life - it does not hold the power too long after being fully charged , perhaps, It is due to heavy use of apps that require a lot of memory and may use more battery power than regular apps.

The laptop does what was expected. Received an awesome deal from Best Buy. The touch screen works well, the unit itself feels great whether on a desk or in your lap. Performs great with a good speed. The only con to it is the trackpad is very glitchy sometimes.

I'm a Dell customer for a while. Never been disappointed. Very good laptop, doesn't have graphics board but it's fast, 15.6" screen but it's kind of light. It's not an awesome, gamer, performance laptop, but for less than $400 it's for sure a 5 stars!

Simple - this laptop does everything the description said it would. How could I not be happy with it. I have never been disappointed with a Dell and this is no exception. I have had it over a month and have no regrets about purchasing it. It is not a light weight - it is built very strong. Totally satisfied.

It was time for me to upgrade from my old computer and the reviews on this model seemed to fit my needs. I have never had a Dell computer before, so I was cautious. After seeing the unit in the store I took the leap and purchased one. Having brought it home, it has exceeded even my greatest expectations.

i have been experiencing a box that says my display driver has stopped working and is recovered. but it kicks me off the page i was on. othrwise no problems

Third time is the charm. The first computer just died, the 2nd had a problem and so far this Dell is great. (the first 2 were not Dell computers). Has everything that I need. I really like the lighted keyboard, the size and weight are great as well as the HD screen resolution. Nice little computer.

I am not a huge fan of Windows 10, but it isn't fair to hold that against this laptop. I basically bought the machine to replace a Toshiba Latitude with a 2nd generation i3 and 4gb ram. So starting with the "could be improved" topics...The laptop is heavy. To some that could be a good thing. I wish it had more than a single RAM slot. But 8 GB does manage my use well. Wish it had the break away magnetic ac power plugs like my wife's macbook pro. A number pad would have been nice. Wish the speakers were a bit louder. Last thing is no wired ethernet port. That's it for improvements from me. My likes and what sold me on the machine. 2 in 1 is fabulous functionality. I replaced the hard drive with a solid state...machine performance is great for my purposes (surfing web, writing papers, watching videos). Love the backlit keyboard! Touchscreen is responsive. Battery life appears to be very good. One complaint from other users is the wifi...I have had no issues so far. Price was right on point. After all is said and done...I am glad I bought it and I think I made a solid decision.

I bought this unit for my wife as she needed it for school. The screen size and speed of the unit make for a great user experience, especially for system applications like Visio. Dell makes a very quality product with a rubber texture exterior for best handling. this is the biggest laptop screen we have had in a while but the HD screen is very clear and colors are bright.

Purchaesd this 2in1 as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it
