Has plenty of speed to push multiple programs, love the processor and ram, as well as the touch screen capability. The weight is good, makes for easy portability. Screen size is good, my daughter uses it for streaming video, video chatting with friends, and at times even doing her school work. Has stood up well to her somewhat higher than average wear and tear.

I love the touchscreen feature. Easy to use and was easy to set up.

I bought a Dell computer to replace my Lenovo which was 5 years old. The Dell has a larger screen. I do have some internet connection issues with the Dell. The picture is great and I love the lighted keyboard.

I've had both Dell and HP laptops in the past and am equally pleased with both brands. The only thing this one doesn't have that my old one had is a separate calculator-type keypad. That is convenient to have, but this laptop has everything else I wanted in a computer.

The Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 laptop is a heavyweight contender in the premium laptop space - figuratively and literally! The first thing that you notice when you unpack this thing is how much it weighs. I have been spoiled lately by SSD based, ultra-thin laptops and this thing is NOT that kind of experience. On the other hand - no SSD based system that I have seen offers an affordable 2TB of storage and 12GB of RAM that the Inspiron does. The unit boasts a very nice, large, bright touchscreen. And it offers a convertible design too so that you can "tent" the display which is extremely handy for presentations or watching videos. Coupling all that RAM with an i7 processor I was expecting screaming performance but I must confess that I found the experience to be good - not great. Perhaps some of this can be expected given that the unit has to rely on spinning media to get 2TB of storage at any kind of reasonable price. As a portable desktop I think the Dell deserves serious consideration. As a traveler's laptop however you owe it to yourself to look around.

Laptop downloads efficiently, has tremendous storage; makes it easy to utilize screens efficiently when multitasking; writing on screen is great for communication and solving math problems, charts, graphs; being able to position the two sections of the laptop according to the task enhances sharing of work in process; so far no complaints.

We really like our new computer. I recommend getting the Geek Squad coverage if you're uncomfortable with updating the device yourself as I did and then do it correctly. I had to bring it back to the store to have the Geek Squad do it correctly. Nothing like having to bring a new computer back to the store after getting home with it.
