    This was my second Dell unit within one week. Firmware always updating upon boot up. Dell customer service said the bios was outdated. Didn’t need the headache. I purchased another competitor’s brand.

    This laptop has been a disappoint since the day I got it. In the first week, I had to take it in. Then they did a full replacement of the entire laptop and yet it's still been a mess. The battery is incredibly short, the sign-in takes forever, programs crash regularly, the audio jack has broken twice, and now I've had to ship it back to Dell for ~6 weeks to get more fixes made. Go with any other laptop than this one.
