    Purchased this laptop thinking it had latest core I7 processor, 12gb ram and 2tb hard drive so it should be fast, wrong this thing is slower tnan my old gen 3 I5, disappointed

    It is slower than the older computer I have which is dying. Also, it seems to get hot on the bottom very quickly. May just be a defective unit - going to have it looked at
