I bought this because of the specs, good value for money on the specs but I am not satisfied with the performance seems like it lags and is slow

Was looking for a computer for my daughter for college. Seems to be a good computer.

Great size not too big but not too small. I can carry it in a travel bag and use it instead of a desk top computer. I love that you can fold it back and use it as a tablet. I don’t use that feature often but like it when I need it.

Works great! Lots of storage so don't have to worry about where to file stuff.

This is a nice laptop I bought 1 for my son & 1 for my wife. I spent a little extra so it would keep up with the current technology & not be obsolete in a year. Works well no problems so far. Fast for what we are using it for. Lots of storage space.

Recomended by IT. Strong enough for my teen ager. She broke 2 laptops already in 2 yrs. It also has enough storage

My husband told me to buy this it will be what you need and will be happy with it. As much as I hate to admit it he was right. This laptop does everything I wanted it to do and more. The speed is great and the 2 in 1 feature is awesome.

I bought this to replace my wife's 8 year old Lenovo. She wanted the touch screen so I paid the extra cost to get what she wanted. She loves the touch screen but I can't believe how slow a i7 processor with 12GB of memory can be. I have run system diagnostics against the system and can't find anything wrong. I'm not sure if the bus speed is bad or the harddrive is bad. I have seen that the hard drive spends a lot of time running at 50-100% utilization. I don't know if Dell is using very low speed/quality harddrives or if they are building with motherboards that are can't take advantage or the processor and RAM speed or if there is just something wrong with my system but I am considering returning the system. I'm very disappointed since I spent so many hours getting the OS updated to the current level (OS Image that came on the system appeared to be about 3 years old).

Computer on sale is a bargain if you're looking to just the basics. Especially powerful for a very mid tier computer.

This is way better than a Mac because it is touchscreen! Why get a tablet and a laptop when you can get one thing that can do both! CPU, large memory & hard drive makes it ideal.

Dell Laptop has excellent screen and speed, however my phone hotspot is not a very good source for internet access.

Good speed. Great pic. Has everything I need for college. Like that it is a 2-1. Everything it’s advertised to be.

Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

This laptop at the time I purchased it approx. February 1, 2018. Either because of the Fall Creators version of Windows 10 Home update or McAfee issues with my licensed version, was quite a bear to upgrade. I would recommend professional help to update this laptop before using it. Maybe get the GEEK squad to update it for you and install the proper version of McAfee and Office before taking it home. Otherwise, you will be doing everything on your own time and patience. The laptop does not include a CD/DVD burner so I purchased one separately . I was still having stability issues after a week so I took the laptop back to the store and ordered one from dell with a burner built-in. I still had update issues but a better system and coverage through dell who remotes in and fixes the issues. FYI: The systems these days have a need for a flash drive to create a so-called recovery disk. Be sure and have a BIG one I had to use a 32 GIG on mine when it would finally complete the burn to the flash drive. The system needs exactly what it says a 16 GB flash drive will not support a 16GB backup. I was very disappointed with this system. In general when I have purchased systems before this WIndows 10 update 1709 I have had better luck with BestBuy. In general I always recommend them but not under these peculiar update circumstances.

All of the above, I’ve had this for 1 yr its been great. The battery life is poor and there is no way to turn the touch screen off that I can find. Besides that it’s been a great laptop so far.
