Usually buy HP's but trying Dell laptop this time.

I bought this laptop to replace a lower end touch screen. So far, the speed is exceptional and I have not had any issues at all. The preloaded MacAfee is annoying but standard of buying any laptop.

It’s a perfect configuration for the price and perfect match for student n professional purpose..!!!

On paper this laptop has pretty good specs, but it is extremely laggy with the most basic tasks. I plan on returning this product.

Get laptop and tablet....it has everything I was looking for! Very large storage! Touch screen! The only thing I wish it had was a disk drive but I can always purchase a USB one!

I was skeptical of the previous reviews but I couldn’t be happier with my laptop. Easy set up, awesome touch screen. The graphics are great for designing and a breeze to use.

Though I think the computer is good, it went down in price 16 days after we bought it and Best Buy wouldn't do a thing to reimburse the difference. I recommend using a credit card that has the price assurance so that they will help. Some credit cards have it and some don't because Best Buy is set on their 14 day policy, and it's a bit frustrating when the price change is significant.

I bought this lap top to save all my photos on. Come to find out I am using it for everything. Very user friendly, fast and enjoyable. I highly recommend this lap top.

Quite a nice upgrade from Windows 7! Also comes with Netflix, which I am really enjoying. Computer operates much faster than my old one, which is what I was after.

Replaced my almost decade old Dell Inspiron 17R with this machine. Considerably faster and an improvement over that dinosaur. Great for normal everyday usage.

After too many years with a laptop running Vista we had to upgrade. Of course everything is new and different but I like it and I’m beginning to feel comfortable. I’ve been retired for 8 years and not up with today’s technology. I had the Geek Squad set it up for me which gave me confidence. I know I can call and get help anytime and that can’t be beat.

I needed a reliable laptop for a home business and to write my doctoral dissertation. This works perfectly with Office 365 and I love the touch-screen.

This laptop is easy to set up with onscreen step by step instructions. Very fast and Geek Squad help was very helpful. Recommend getting 3 yr protection .

Love the laptop. Very easy to use. I'm sure I haven't found out everything it can do yet. Great for my job as a Realtor.

Decent speed. Who doesn't want a laptop that loads fast? I mean, i don't really use it for anything else other than school and work related stuff.

Very good laptop with facial recognition to sign on, what a treat. Went to the geek squad class but could have used a lot longer than a 20 minute session. Nice perk but I hope in the future they extend it to at least an hour. Also should be in a secluded room instead of right out on the showroom floor. Tech kept being interrupted during the entire last 15 minutes of the session, which took about 30 minutes due to those interruptions. Still working with the new computer so it will take some time to know how much it will be valued and appreciated.
