Would like a tech to come to home for set up completion.

This PC was purchased as "Open Box". It was only available in NYC at a very congested area with no legal parking. I sent my daughter in to pick it up. It was given as a loose PC and a cord, no box, no packing and no documents. The store refused any assistance and would not even verify proper operation. PS: when I turned it on the screen was a total fail, with just one vertical stripe. I entailed substantial time and expense to pick this up and later return it. Best Buy is very tough when I return things but has no qualms knowingly selling defective goods.

So far I'm very pleased with it. it was easy to hook up to the printer

This computer is so loaded with features that every day is an interesting adventure. It is fun to locate controls buried in the menus and realize that something new has been solved. So far it has met all my needs and there are thousands of additional things I have not gotten to yet.

If you are looking for high power gaming and processing this isn't it. But for everyday use web surfing, streaming, light games and want a bright screen this is a good unit with a good looking screen.

Really did not want to change computers but failing hard-drive made it a have to decision.. Very thankful for Geek Squad Total Tech excellent service. I am very pleased with Dell AIO Inspiron and Windows 11.

My experience with Dell Inspiron 24 5415 was horrible. I purchased it in July 2024. From the very start, a blue screen would pop up during the sleep cycle causing me to shut down the computer at night. Just recently, the blue plastic piece in the USB port broke - rendering the port useless. The right shift key literally sticks into the keyboard - when this happens the keyboard is unresponsive. Dell has not been helpful with the USB issue - suggested I purchase a new mother board as the warranty does not cover this issue. The right shift key issue just happened. I have already decided to get rid of this computer and purchase a reliable one from another source other than Best Buy.
