Love love love our new computer and printer! Our sales person,Wes, couldn’t have been any helpful in helping us decide the equipment that met our needs. We are and always have been pleased with the products and staff at the Gunbarrel location of Best Buy.

The process to buy a new computer was good but the screen is too big. I had to buy a hub to have enough ports which are hard to get to on the screen. Will probably go back to screen and tower next time.

Equipment appears to function, but with no instructions, there are still issues I am encountering. The integration of from my old computer to the current one took a good number of GS contacts.

Runs fairy well. I like the touch screen no hitched gliches or crashes soilid system.

Have always had great success with Dell computers.

It is worth the price for the specs tjat you get for this product.

Had just what I wanted at a price I could afford, and fast service.

Just what I needed, speedy, also. Reasonably priced, also.

This was a good deal. The Geek Squad did a good job of getting this ready for us.

All my 9 year old grandson ever had was either a tablet or a cheap laptop. When he spilled water on his laptop it stopped working. He’s so happy and doing much better with zoom classes.

My son is 13 years old, this is his first desk top computer. After purchase of the dell computer, my son enjoy to use it everyday. So far so good for using it.

As a retired person this is a great buy for the basics that I need.

Works very well for my needs. Sometimes the keyboard is a little too sensitive. Also it seems to shutoff quickly when there is a pause in keyboard activity but i haven't looked into whether that can be adjusted.

so far, so good. still getting used to Windows 11 and setting up my apps, etc

Purchased because of prior positive experience and use at work of the same brand. Now just for personal use. No problems so far or anticipated.

Its the weirdest feeling having a laptop a a single cord to worry about. The conveninece of setting it up almost anywhere like a laptops, w the comfort only a desktop can provide.
