This computer was purchased in Nov. 24 and died in Sept. of 25. Was solid until random, computer generated restarts began (every 10-20 minutes like clockwork). Then once restarted, it would freeze up (unable to use mouse or keyboard) which required a manual restart. Was on the phone with Dell support for two hours running diagnostics but they were unable to pinpoint problem. Said they would send a part to a local technical to install but couldn't be sure it would fix the issue...and oh yes, the part may/may not be in stock. Could not give me a definitive time for repair. Who can be without their computer for a week, maybe two when it is used for their employment as well personal needs? I had no choice but to purchase another computer (not a Dell, for sure) and was told that I would not get any financial reparation because I purchased the computer from Best Buy and not Dell direct so there was no direct financial exchange between myself and Dell. Never again will I purchase a Dell computer...this is the first time I've ever taken the time to give a negative review to a product I've purchased hoping I can help eliminate someone else from going through the "hoo-haw" I've had to these past few weeks.

Issues right off the bat. The machine would not boot properly, would cycle through a boot and then turn off. I cut the power, restarted, and then ran a full hardware check on the Bios. EVerything came back clean, so we did a full shut down and restart and then it turned on like nothing. When I brought this up to customer service, they kept me on the phone for almost an hour, arguing with me, talking over me, and lying to me about all their supervisors being in a meeting so they wouldn't have to get me to a supervisor. This machine was deployed in Elko, which means that I would need to drive a minimum of 4 hours nonstop to pick it up and bring it back. The store will be closed before I can get back. And all I can get is a representative telling me that they won't honor what their website says, that I can return the device on the 23rd. 15 days from the 8th.

i am enjoying this computer. Have not use it much to get to all the features. loving it much!

This computer is perfect for our office needs. Tuns Microsoft Office fine, and runs Quickbooks well!
