I purchased this computer on 6-13-2024. Within a week, a blue screen with recovery started to pop up daily. That would cause me to have to shut down the computer. It happened all different times but mostly when the computer was set to sleep. I brought it into Geek Squad and that experience pushed me over the edge. $179.99 per year for absolute non-sense. Unprofessional, not helpful, not highly trained. I had already visited Geek Squad several times and they decided to swap out the computer for the same exact model but a brand new one. Here's the best thing: when Geek Squad presented me with the new computer, the same blue recovery screen popped up and Geek Squad said, oh oh, you are going to have to bring it in again. Are you serious? I took the computer home and after many blue recovery screens popping up over and over and auto shut downs, I returned it and cancelled Geek Squad. Crappy computer and horrible customer service! Never again.

Good computer for light work

This is more for social media, working on documents, and checking emails. This doesn't have a powerful enough graphics card to play most games. Also, the keyboard and mouse had a tendency to keep losing connection with the adapter.
