Very disappointed in this computer. First the speakers did not work. Then found out the microphone did not work. While the Geek Squad was able to fix both issues, I did not feel I could trust this computer. Returned it for a HP. I use my computer for remote teaching so it must be reliable.

Do not purchase. Computer started glitching right out of the box. It was gift so it was past the 15 day return period so I could not return. Sent back to manufacturer 2 times and in house repair 3 times.

This desktop came with NO setup instructions and no hint as to where to find them on Dell's website. There were a number of errors, appearing to be hardware failures, in the first few days. I returned the pc to the store and purchased an HP, as we had always done before.

Not a good product. Only purchase in November 2023 and I have had to call dell 6 times and they still will not refund or replace the computer. I have had hp for five years and never a problem like this. It will not come on at all the screen only flashes.

Not pleased with service! Computer was supposed to be set up in store transferring my information from old computer. Now after I get it home I get message that windows did not fully load and when I called for tech help they said I would have to have pay $149 for someone to come to home or bring computer back to store!

lots of issues - power turns on and off. Pop up "Microsoft did not download properly"; or "Windows did not load correctly"; or "No internet connection; Screen went dim on it's own.

Very slow unresponsive for updates and no communication and did not receive all of the products , having to drive back to the store for the fourth time to try to get all of my products

The shipping container the computer was in was not properly packed, and the shipping box was crushed so I did not open the box but returned the package to best buy for a refund.

the computer would go dark after several minutes of use, usually in the middle of work. called geeksquad and waited 5 hours for assistance to no avail. the next day we went back to the store we originally purchased the dell and bought a lenova all in one. so far so good.

Missing power cord and stand. Can’t get the store directly on the phone. Much to busy to go stand there and wait for them to look for crap

My sales person did not tell me the truth about any items I purchased. He said that buying your $179.00 for the membership entitled me to have best buy to install all my purchases

I was looking for a space-saving computer due to the limited space I have available. I’ve never owned an all-in-one so decided its time to get one at a reasonable price with good specs. The Dell Inspiron 24” AiO model 5415 has fit that bill perfectly. I’m not a gamer, I use this mostly for business, Zoom meetings, real estate listings, etc. For my needs it has performed wonderfully. This AiO has a AMD Ryzen™ 5 processor coupled with 8 gigs of RAM and it is more than capable for my purposes. Its very quick and responsive as I usually have many programs running at the same time. I’m just in the beginning phases of using the touch screen capabilities. I’m old school and have used a mouse forever, but I’m starting to really like the touchscreen. And I definitely appreciate the anti-fingerprint screen. It’s a matte finish and I see no glare from my windows, lights, etc. The included keyboard is a nice size for my hands as its rather wide and the keys are nice and responsive. The included mouse is no frills but gets the job done just fine. I do wish the keyboard was backlit but I'll make do without or replace it eventually. And the screen size is perfect for my space with great clarity and vibrant saturation of colors. I also love the pop-up camera which stores away nicely when not in use. Overall I have really been enjoying this AiO and the functionality it provides for my business and the applications I use. Highly recommended.

This product wasn’t even considered open box. It was more like out of the box. It had missing components and broken parts. This was my first open box purchase and I was ripped off with this product.

This one had major problems: crashed every day, and would not go into sleep mode. It also would just close an app whike i was working with it. So i took it back and got a refund.

As the title says, this is a very fast all-in-one computer. Setup was fairly easy too. I had to refer to the quick start guide to find the power button on the keyboard, but once I figured that out, the mouse and keyboard worked right away. All I had to do was plug in the USB dongle and both the mouse and keyboard connected right away. Setting up Windows 11 was also much faster than I found on other computers. The webcam for face verification also worked really well. Once setup, the computer was very fast and does a great job using Office and other software. The touch screen is also extremely responsive and works really well, and overall has a lot of precision, which is a huge thing for an all-in-one computer. Overall, I am very satisfied with this computer and will be using it for some light gaming and also word processing/spreadsheets. It also has a really great build quality and the webcam popping up and down is a huge security feature. Overall, I highly recommend this all-in-one computer for casual or even power users.

System broke down in less than 2 months. Apprently an internal part "was loose."

Dont buy this product, did last even for 1 year. Contacted Dell they wants the original receipt after almost 6 months and hung up the chat. Very very unprofessional agent.
