    I returned this item because the computer did not recognize the wireless keyboard. Also didn’t come with wireless mouse, although I was able to get one from my local Best Buy

    The screen is not the best for documents. Other than that it is what I would call average.

    beware open box online

    Bought this product through open box online. Will never do that again, computer came broken. I was buying it as a birthday present so I didn't give it to the person for 30 days, since it past the 2 week return policy Best Buy 800 # would not take back. I was told to take to my local store which was very helpful, they returned it and helped me purchase a new one in that store. only buy open box from the store level.

    Issues with this computer

    I didn't have a good experience with this computer. I purchased it and 6 days later i had to take it back to the store for geek squad to repair. The mouse was getting stuck after 3 days i got the call that it was ready. I picked it up & I still had the same issue so I returned it. I shouldn't have had to take it back to the store after 6 days to be repaired. I'm very busy & it was a big inconvenience for me

    It took up a lot of space on my desk. Plus, looking at the screen made my eyes hurt. I tried to adjust brightness settings, etc. but that didn’t help. Also, the webcam quality isn’t the best but it’s a webcam. Maybe my expectations are too high. Needless to say, I didn’t spend a lot of time with it before returning.

    Worst dell computer I ever owned. Turns on by itself. When you turn it off the light comes back on. The sound for music is tintie and doesn't sound good. Plus there is no cd player in the computer.

    I keep getting xbox popping up whenever i turn computer on and cant figure out how to get rid of it. Sometimes i get a blak screen when i boot up. Dont like the fact i have to enter a password when logging in.

    Very disappointed in this computer. First the speakers did not work. Then found out the microphone did not work. While the Geek Squad was able to fix both issues, I did not feel I could trust this computer. Returned it for a HP. I use my computer for remote teaching so it must be reliable.

    Do not purchase. Computer started glitching right out of the box. It was gift so it was past the 15 day return period so I could not return. Sent back to manufacturer 2 times and in house repair 3 times.

    lots of issues - power turns on and off. Pop up "Microsoft did not download properly"; or "Windows did not load correctly"; or "No internet connection; Screen went dim on it's own.

    This desktop came with NO setup instructions and no hint as to where to find them on Dell's website. There were a number of errors, appearing to be hardware failures, in the first few days. I returned the pc to the store and purchased an HP, as we had always done before.

    The shipping container the computer was in was not properly packed, and the shipping box was crushed so I did not open the box but returned the package to best buy for a refund.

    Not a good product. Only purchase in November 2023 and I have had to call dell 6 times and they still will not refund or replace the computer. I have had hp for five years and never a problem like this. It will not come on at all the screen only flashes.

    Not pleased with service! Computer was supposed to be set up in store transferring my information from old computer. Now after I get it home I get message that windows did not fully load and when I called for tech help they said I would have to have pay $149 for someone to come to home or bring computer back to store!
