    I didn't have a good experience with this computer. I purchased it and 6 days later i had to take it back to the store for geek squad to repair. The mouse was getting stuck after 3 days i got the call that it was ready. I picked it up & I still had the same issue so I returned it. I shouldn't have had to take it back to the store after 6 days to be repaired. I'm very busy & it was a big inconvenience for me

    Worst dell computer I ever owned. Turns on by itself. When you turn it off the light comes back on. The sound for music is tintie and doesn't sound good. Plus there is no cd player in the computer.

    It took up a lot of space on my desk. Plus, looking at the screen made my eyes hurt. I tried to adjust brightness settings, etc. but that didn’t help. Also, the webcam quality isn’t the best but it’s a webcam. Maybe my expectations are too high. Needless to say, I didn’t spend a lot of time with it before returning.

    Very disappointed in this computer. First the speakers did not work. Then found out the microphone did not work. While the Geek Squad was able to fix both issues, I did not feel I could trust this computer. Returned it for a HP. I use my computer for remote teaching so it must be reliable.

    I keep getting xbox popping up whenever i turn computer on and cant figure out how to get rid of it. Sometimes i get a blak screen when i boot up. Dont like the fact i have to enter a password when logging in.

    lots of issues - power turns on and off. Pop up "Microsoft did not download properly"; or "Windows did not load correctly"; or "No internet connection; Screen went dim on it's own.

    Very slow unresponsive for updates and no communication and did not receive all of the products , having to drive back to the store for the fourth time to try to get all of my products

    The shipping container the computer was in was not properly packed, and the shipping box was crushed so I did not open the box but returned the package to best buy for a refund.

    This desktop came with NO setup instructions and no hint as to where to find them on Dell's website. There were a number of errors, appearing to be hardware failures, in the first few days. I returned the pc to the store and purchased an HP, as we had always done before.

    Not a good product. Only purchase in November 2023 and I have had to call dell 6 times and they still will not refund or replace the computer. I have had hp for five years and never a problem like this. It will not come on at all the screen only flashes.

    Not pleased with service! Computer was supposed to be set up in store transferring my information from old computer. Now after I get it home I get message that windows did not fully load and when I called for tech help they said I would have to have pay $149 for someone to come to home or bring computer back to store!

    the computer would go dark after several minutes of use, usually in the middle of work. called geeksquad and waited 5 hours for assistance to no avail. the next day we went back to the store we originally purchased the dell and bought a lenova all in one. so far so good.

    This product wasn’t even considered open box. It was more like out of the box. It had missing components and broken parts. This was my first open box purchase and I was ripped off with this product.

    I was looking for a space-saving computer due to the limited space I have available. I’ve never owned an all-in-one so decided its time to get one at a reasonable price with good specs. The Dell Inspiron 24” AiO model 5415 has fit that bill perfectly. I’m not a gamer, I use this mostly for business, Zoom meetings, real estate listings, etc. For my needs it has performed wonderfully. This AiO has a AMD Ryzen™ 5 processor coupled with 8 gigs of RAM and it is more than capable for my purposes. Its very quick and responsive as I usually have many programs running at the same time. I’m just in the beginning phases of using the touch screen capabilities. I’m old school and have used a mouse forever, but I’m starting to really like the touchscreen. And I definitely appreciate the anti-fingerprint screen. It’s a matte finish and I see no glare from my windows, lights, etc. The included keyboard is a nice size for my hands as its rather wide and the keys are nice and responsive. The included mouse is no frills but gets the job done just fine. I do wish the keyboard was backlit but I'll make do without or replace it eventually. And the screen size is perfect for my space with great clarity and vibrant saturation of colors. I also love the pop-up camera which stores away nicely when not in use. Overall I have really been enjoying this AiO and the functionality it provides for my business and the applications I use. Highly recommended.
