Great purchase

Part of what made this so enjoyable was the staff we worked with at Best Buy who transferred old files and helped get it set up for us. Agent Larson and Agent Joe were so helpful and professional.

A great little pc for small businesses!

Hooked up a 32" screen and its working fantastic, probably faster than expected. The tower is fairly small, which is nice, because we don't like it on the floor - so it's sitting on the desk comfortably.

Unfortunately, I had to return it as Windows 11 was not compatible with any of my home networking equipment.

Great machine

One problem is occasionally it doesn’t recognize outrage monitor or vise versa. We have tried unplugging and repluging. The only thing that works is to turn desktop computer off and reboot.

Dell 3020

I should have purchased a new monitor at the same time. I did not make sure the one I purchased separately had speakers. My bad. After 3 tries, I finally found the right one.
