This is my first computer with a ssd. I've had good luck with Dell in the past and decided to stick with it. It's noticeably faster to boot and load programs and at this point I have nothing negative to say about it.

This is a great computer that is fast and has all the latest software. It has a disc drive, lightweight, and not too big. The team at geek squad transferred all we needed for our old computer.

Smaller in size than my previous PC, this unit packs in the features. The i7 chip is great. I really like that it has a CD/DVD player. I hope to get years of good service from this machine!

The computer setup went smoothly. I did return the next day to purchase a larger monitor. I am enjoying having so much storage space available on my hard drive especially for personal photos and pdf files.

Some things are in different positions on the keyboard. An instruction sheet would have helped. I often use Print Screen and I do like the new version that allows me to crop while using Print Screen.

Very fast and easy to setup. Did I mention it comes with WI_FI? Unlike some other which have a lot of storage but no WI-FI !un

Nice computer, relatively small footprint. The only thing I'd change about it is to make the on/off button a little easier to see (I have almost 74 year old eyes).

Only flaw is that the Geek Squad -even with a home appointment-could not figure out why the Bluetooth connection to the keyboard would not work with 3 different keyboards.

Great product exactly what i needed fast good quality

I was a little nervous about getting this used machine but it works great and I recieved a great deal. I am very happy with it.

It's great. Light weight and a lot smaller than the other ones I've had. I hear a little noise when I first start up, but compared to the others, not a problem at all. It's great!!!

We had a failing computer and between Geek Sqd and Customer service we go a computer that met all of or daily use requirements at a great price.

It took a while for me to figure out how to do the things I did on my old (ancient) computer but now that I have, it is much more efficient.

Very pleased with the computer. Not pleased with the service at getting my files transferred. I had the hard drive from my old computer. They told me it would take a week to get the files transferred. I said no brought everything home with me. I had a business in my town do it. I dropped it off and 2 hours later he called me to pick it up it was done. I understand it taking a couple of days at Best Buy but a week. Not real pleased.

Setup in Windows was easier than expected. The machine is a vast, fast improvement over the Core2 Duo it replaced.

Ordered computer online and picked up ay my local store within an hour.

My previous Dell was bought in 2012 and held me in pretty good stead all these years, but my new one, ah, like a new speedier world. I like it a lot.

Good service spent time going over the product does everything I need plus still has DvD player

It is everything i wanted when I purchased it. I am satisfied with the way it operates and highly recommend it.

Good computer and over all good purchase. Set up without a Microsoft account is extremely annoying. Extremely. Not user friendly in that aspect but all good otherwise.
