Not a good machine

I don't know if it's Windows, Dell or 3rd party software, but it crashes more, runs slower and restarts for no reason far more often than the 7 year old HP I replaced. Programs don't run properly, software doesn't load the proper drivers, you name it. No sir, I don't like it

Like Micro Soft Word, Excell, etc. you have to purchase it separately and after a few years you got to renew.

Dell Disappoints on This One!

The Intel UHD 770 graphics chip is fully-capable of 4K resolution over HDMI, but Dell hobbled it on this system and the max is 1920x1200. (Even the Intel utility reports that 4K is available, but Dell screwed up.) TRUST me, that makes this system over-priced before you even check for sales. I'm sending it back to BestBuy, who might be able to get Dell's attention on this kind of stupidity. I doubt that I can.

This Dud is as Slow as Molasses!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it today, got it set up, tried to add memory to bring it up to a reasonable level to do simple video editing (32GB for example), and it still runs slow as molasses! Dell has really gone downhill in recent years! I can't do what I need this dud, even with its i7 processor and 32GB of memory! Isn't anything (other than gaming PCs) made to run at a reasonable speed anymore? I'll probably take it back to Best Buy ASAP.
