    I returned this because of the bad cooling and the fact that you have to rip out the Pcie covers to install a card.

    Same ol' Dell poor quality control

    The SD card reader slot turned out to not be aligned with the opening. This caused SD cards to go in at an angle. After a few uses, something gave way, and now it does not work at all. Had to retrieve the SD card with tweezers. To get it fixed means sending it in, leaving me without the computer... apparently they have to replace the internal card the reader is attached to... went and purchased an exterior reader.

    Poor performance from a new computer

    I am very disappointed in this computer. I didn't want another Dell, but unfortunately, Dell is the only brand that has all the options I want. This computer won't wake up a lot of the time which means there is some sort of corrupted file in it. Really? Already? It was expensive and it doesn't work right.

    Bad experience with “as new” open box purchase.

    Bought an open box/refurbished model. Was great when it worked, but after about 20 BSOD reboots know why it was returned. Shame on BB for selling a computer advertising “as new” and gone over and tested by Geek Squad. Mouse was also unusable.

    Purchased product and when it arrived it would not work. Returned it to store and another was ordered. When it arrived it would not work. Technician said both had bad graphics cards. Returned it for a refund of purchase price. Think Dell has good computers, just had a batch of graphic cards.

    I bought 2 different units the same day and both were defective. Also Best Buy's system was hacked so I got a bunch of false emails and calls from scammers.

    Sytem crashed after 1 week of uss

    After 1 week of use the computer would boot up and after 30 seconds give or take it would restart and do the same thing over again and again.

    Computer has not worked properly from day 1. The geek squad has tried to fix it repeatedly, going to return it today.
