It was basically thrown into a box with non fitting spacers, none of the booklets were inside and no power cord was included. I would expect this with the fair or good rated products but certainly not an excellent. The box was wrapped up with best buy inspection tape but not sure what their inspections consist of. Low chance of purchasing an open box item again from Best Buy. Better quality from eBay.

I have to push the on button at least 4 to 5 times before it stays on. I have messages that appear telling me there is a problem. I get a message that there is no HDMI showing up. I get messages that the date & time are not correct, that I need to get the set up program, When I check the time & date: it shows it is correct. I did that a few days ago.
