Good for $400 not the MSRP $600

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think laptop is fine for everyday home use task a very light gaming, this laptop does not have a ethernet port but you can always get one for cheap, you get a decent basic full HD touch screen, difficult to find for the price I paid 400 dollars, most of the screen are jus HD for the 400 dollars price point.

Went back to dell and am happy again, my wife says I’m no longer swearing at the screen. This is a great computer for retiree

Only had it a short time and it kept losing the internet. I mean it was completely gone from computer. I'm just glad I purchased a geek squad. They couldn't even fix it because it was under manufactures warranty. Apparently, it was something they knew about with Dell. They also recommended I purchase a USB Wifi Adapter should this happen again, I did it in a heartbeat should this happen again. They told me if it does, get it right back to them because it's in warranty, but to back up all my files first. They also told me it will go back to dell for either repair or replacement. Not exactly encouraging. Have had it back for a bit, So far, so good, but I'm disappointed in Dell, I have had many.

The outer case seems a little flimsy as it "cracks" when you pick it up, almost like it's snapping back into place. The bottom of the laptop gets very hot. Not sure if the fan is even working at this point.
