    I've always like Dell PCs. I purchased this laptop, and right after the 1 year warranty expired one of the hinges that hold the screen broke. When I searched online, a bunch of people have had the same issue with this model. I went to Best Buy, and they wanted around $80 non refundable to send it to Dell in order for them to give me a quote to fix it. Save your money, and get a another computer. I guess Dell products are not what they used to be anymore, and the company doesn't want to take responsibility for their cheap designed products.

    I love, love, love my Dell laptop. I use a Dell laptop at work and have always wanted one of my own. This was a Christmas gift to myself.

    The 1st one I brought home had faulty Wi-Fi adapter so had to return it but the tech was nice to replace it for me. Had some issue with Wi-Fi as kept connecting and disconnecting but when i reached out to Microsoft to update the adapter worked fine. All and all good computer, nice size screen and sturdy construction.
