I use it like ever other day or so, Not for anything major just a few work projects Via the internet. This laptop is defective the battery stopped charging. I was about to buy a new battery and charger until I read some other reviews on troubleshooting the charging issue. It worked for 2 days now it’s not charging again HORRIBLE. It will not work unless it’s plugged in.

Keyboard works alright, sometimes you have to push a key a second time for it to work. The chassis is all plastic and feels cheap.

I have called the Geek Squad several times for this and for the Epson printer's problem with working with laptop. Don't know if problem is with Dell or Epson printer
