The hinges separated from the screen and had to have them replaced less than a year from date of purchase. Dell did the replacement since it was still under warranty. Same problem occurred in October 2024. No longer under warranty and I have to pay to have it fixed. Will cost over $200 for repair. November 2024 it shut down on me and I can't get it started again. Piece of crap. Purchased a new computer. Will never purchase another Dell again for personal use.

It was fine for the first few months, but the laptop's display and responsiveness are getting worse. I've only had this laptop for three months. Lately, the screen will occasionally blackout. Since my company uses Google Workspace, I may switch to ChromeOs next.
