It closes tabs, switches screens, closes programs at random. I can only assume it has something to do with the spaces on either side of the touchpad that should have no effect on anything. I have contacted Dell repeatedly and get no answer. It also freezes up and shuts down for no reason. They were on sale last November and I bought two, thinking it would be nice to be able to work without having to move around a desktop. BOY, OH BOY, was I wrong. My 2 desktops work fine, BOTH of the Inspirion laptops I purchased less than a year ago, do not. Save yourself aggavation and money- purchase something else. I think they were on sale so they could be gotten rid of.

Terrible and broken

It is a terrible experience for me. I went to the store that I bought but they said there is not any more in the stock so they can’t exchange it. Later, I found the same one with a different model but the price is same. But they didn’t make exchange just because i bought mine from discount so they wanted extra money from me. That was a terrible experience for me. I will never shop from best buy anymore unless they help me with this situation.
