    miss my tower.. very difficult to use .. good it is only for short term... every time turn it off has to do updates from microscoft etc .. cant load trend security to it so not sure if secure make noise when running

    Dell Laptop 3511

    The Dell 3511 replaced an older Dell inspirion computer of 15 years ago. The keyboard gives a good response to touch when typing. Great screen and easy navigation of all the latest features. Excellent value.

    Great for what I'm using it. I didn't realize that this was a Qualcomm Snapdraggon when I bought it, and it is running Windows 11 in S mode. I could take it out of S mode, but that is irreversible, and it's wiring fine for my needs.

    It's a good little starter laptop. I'm using it for school but I've also been able to play games on it at a decent frame rate. I'll have to upgrade the storage but it's an affordable start.

    my 1st laptop was damaged during delivery ... however best buy customer services were excellent .. they sent me the new replacement laptop without any extra charges.. So far I found laptop working well ...

      Here are the steps to help improve the battery performance of your laptop:
      1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
      2. On the options list, click Power Options.
      3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.

      a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
      b) If running Cortana, type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
      Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
      c) Turn the Battery Saver On or Off.
      d) Additional settings are available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.

    Aunt Robin is finally happy!

    I love the computer except the keyboard. It is black on black and very hard to see the keys. I’m over 50 and it’s not the easiest on my old eyes.

    This is the third one I’ve bought. Bought one for myself. Liked it so much that I bought 2 more for my twins who are high school seniors. Will be a great laptop for college.

    Don't buy from Best Buy and always check warranty

    Hard drive crash before a year, Greek squad told me I don't have warranty, was also told it the cost to fix $350, might as well I bought a new one, good item but don't buy from Best Buy, and the guy was very rude too saying he didn't get sleep, which had nothing to do with me attitude stinks.
