Bought this laptop, for my Wife. Was impressed with the quality and overall performance grateful to have a Best Buy account, and to receive the impeccable service from the staff at Douglasville Best Buy.

Purchased for my Husband and it a great device. The only issue is I haven't been able to upload the free microsoft software.

This purchase was for an open box item that turned out to be a real find. It was the same model and manufacturer as my previous laptop but with upgrades like a solid state hard drive.

Great laptop for everyday activities. Wish i would have got one with the numbers on the side, but it is a Great little computer.

This computer was easy to get set up and started. I was up and running in no time. It takes a little getting used to Windows 10 but eventually you figure it out and it becomes second nature.

I bought this to replace an old laptop. It's faster and the screen is bigger. Much easier on my old eyes. The only quirk I've noticed is that I can not download Support Assist as Dell recommends. It gets part way through the process and stops because of "a problem" but never identifies what the problem is. I have not tried to save any work yet.

Bought as gift and she loves it!!! The computer handles daily tasks with ease and is fast enough to have multiple programs running at once I want to buy one for myself now

It’s been a year since I bought this computer and it’s been fantastic. I have not had any issues. This Laptop is the best.

This laptop can be used for basically anything, it can run game at decent fps, run blender, run editing software and a lot of other stuff

Nice and light to have in travels. Performance of the core processor is great. I miss the back lit keyboard feature from my previous laptop. good value for the money.

I bought this open box at the last minute and it was such a great decision. I like the speed and the web camera, and the price was great considering the quality.

I honestly love my laptop and the touchscreen came in handy soo many times but idk if it’s mine but the charger port is very sensitive

Charger would eventually not work normally, as I had to bend the charger for the current to pass. I also faced the issue of the port completely imploding. Overall a " good product" but even when I faced these challenges employees would offer me quick and easy solutions without actually helping me with the problem at hand.
