Just got this computer, so far so good. I like Dell products so this time I went from a laptop to a desktop for new job. Only thing I wished I had gotten the one with built in CD player.

Purchased this computer for the church. So far we are very happy with it. I also purchased the tech support and had them set everything up for me so all I had to do was plug it in and go. Extremely happy with the tech support.

Disappointed Inspiron 3880 didnt have DVD drive. Had to purchase external drive from Dell.

I bought a new computer, monitor, speaker and Zoom attachment. The salespeople were friendly and pretty knowledgeable and the Geek Squad was fantastic, setting me up and educating me.

It would have helped to have a booklet to go along with the computer detailing products included in the purchase instead of having ads to promote purchase of items such as Microsoft Word, McAfee, etc.

Good one but not for gaming. I have purchased this for my son and it didn’t work out for him for his gaming experience. For normal use it’s a good configuration.

Awesome desktop for what i needed. I wish dell put a better graphics card. But its ok with the built in graphics. Can do two monitors. 1 is with vga cable and the other is hdmi.

Looked up to see if it was upgradable and it is, but haven't had to do any upgrades yet. The 12GB of RAM has been more than adequate and I've even been able to do some low profile gaming on it.

Great desktop. Was surprised it came with mouse & keyboard but not a power cable. I guess it was an oversight on the person who handled the return. Luckily Best Buy gave me one.

Everything is as expected with a Dell computer. I've used them almost extensively for a number of years now. The only reason 1 star is missing is that it has too many advertisements popping up.

Originally bought another one elsewhere, but it did not 'boot'. I needed a computer ASAP. Saw that Best Buy had one on sale. Arrived within 2-days, and very happy happy with it thus far

the two people that helped me, one from computers and one from geek squad were both very helpful And I can't help "break it down" because it is a Christmas gift and has not been opened yet

The Dell Desktop is really amazing. It is almost like it knows what I need before I do. I am very happy with this beautiful Inspiron 3880 Desktop and would advise others to check it out.

I'm really not disappointed with the computer except for the fact that I was told it had a DVD/CD devise and it doesn't. That I blame on the salesman and myself for not making him show me how to open it. You notice it has what LOOKS like a cd devise near the top. He said it opened. It doesn't. If I could return it, I would.

PC died, selected this as a replacement with help from staff. They transferred all of my data from old pc to this one. Great service, no problems.

Love the PC and it serves the purpose. Love that it is fast to boot and ready to go in less than 15 seconds. Will buy again in the future.

The techs who installed my tv did a marvelous job. They spent their time doing a great job, and explained what we needed to do. I wish to thanks them for a job ell done.

A very good desktop at a reasonable price. Quick to boot up, very little bloatware, and comes with excellent Dell support. I'd buy a second one if I had room!

This computer was purchased to replace our failing office computer. We're very happy with the purchase, Computer runs smoothly and functions as expected.

They did a good job of transferring file, photos and everything , but several most important files!! I can't how hurt I am that those did not transfer properly.
