I purchased a desk top computer that was not equipped with a DVD-RW or CD-RW drive! Evidentially they were either trying to hurry and get rid of me or dump this system on me because I'm a senior who just happened to be Black. Whichever the case, I'm not pleased!

Poor advice!

Very disappointed in the memory capability and the lack of a CD drive. So now I'm having to use an external drive, as well as an external CD drive! Obviously, these components were NOT purchased from Best Buy. I'm never going back to this retailer.
