Being able to play CDs was a major reason I bought this tower. Online virtual assistance was not helpful as my tower does not have buttons as shown. Unfortunately I am disappointed and frustrated.

Thank you for your review. We totally understand your frustration and would love to get you taken care of. This Inspiron desktop doesn't have a CD-DVD drive. We suggest you consider purchasing an external optical drive if you are interested in reading and writing data on physical media. We realize that the image on the product page appears to have a cut out for a CD/DVD drive but this desktop does not include a disc drive.
