So when it died on me I purchased a Dell model 3788 Desktop and I found this computer IS A PIECE OF JUNK. It keeps recycling to ask the same questions. It asks security questions I never saw before. Some of the instructions are poorly written and must be decoded. Sometimes the computer says "We can't do that right now, try later." I've printed about 40 pages of your HELPFUL ??? instructions and I'm still ticked off. I'm 82 years old and well educated. I promised myself that I was master this thing but I now think I was wrong. One last thing ... I purchased this computer from Best Buy on June 9, 2021 and I still have the receipt to prove it.

You can't upgrade video or power supply

Sure there is a PCIe slot but it has a non-ATX Dell-only proprietary power supply that only supplies +/- 12V (no 5v or 3.3v!) at 200W max. I looked for an upgraded power supply and 240w is the max I could find. If you never plan on upgrading the video card or power supply then it's an OK buy on a 10th Gen i5. It's also a SATA and not an NVMe hard drive.
