Why, of all things, did your store remind me of this? I am just an ordinary layman, as compared to you guys, who are computer geeks , nerds and experts on what you are selling! Now, I can't use my DVD to put my Epson printer program. Although, I have total tech support, I bet, your office will charge me back, the Cost to install a working DVD cart and DVD drive. That's a real pain in the BEHIND! Who will buy a computer with no DVD cart and DVD Drive?

We're sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your touchpad. Here are the steps to recalibrate your touchpad if you are finding that it's too sensitive for you:
Some Notebooks and Tablets with Keyboards have added gesture features to the touchpad hardware and drivers. A few of these features are two or three finger scrolling, pinch zoom, circle zoom, rotate and swiping. These new features may be the reason for the erratic cursor movement since most are turned on by default. You can disable or modify the way the features work in the touchpad driver properties. Here are some tips to modify these settings:
1. In the Search box, type main.cpl.
2. Touch or click main.cpl in the list of programs.
3. Touch or click the Dell Touchpad tab.
4. Touch or click on the picture of the touchpad.
5. Touch or click Gestures (depending on your computer there may not be a Gestures option).
6. Change the options as preferred.
7. Touch or click Save.
8. Touch or click the X in the upper-right corner to close the Dell Touchpad Utility.
9. Touch or click OK on the Mouse Properties window.
10. If the touchpad still does not work after following the preceding steps, refer to Dell Knowledge Base article - http://dell.to/2iaiujA.

Don't Waste Time

I purchased this computer for our small business office to do basic office tasks and not so much concerned with storage capacity as much of our files are kept in the proverbial "Clouds". The computer is very slow even though it is i5 and capable of multi-tasking. We have spent hours trying to figure out how to get the sound to work even with purchasing multiple types of speakers and surfing the net for instructions on how to resolve the problem. Also having difficulty with connecting to multiple screens even with the purchase of additional equipment to do so. We will be returning this product as it has not lived up to the Dell quality we expect. I will continue to purchase and support Dell Products, but this is not one I can stand behind.

NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE

When I tried to contact Best buy by phone or online, I couldn’t get Any support because they kept transferring me, cutting me off altogether, or telling me they had technical difficulties. It’s been a few days so I might just take it all back and buy a system at Walmart. Sincerely, Darryl

Help failed

The PC I purchased was canceled and so I went back to the website and upgraded to the Dell Ispiron 3880. The agent did not mention that the 2 monitors that I purchased would not go with the new PC. An man from the Geek squad came out and worked for a good hour to find out I needed to purchase different monitors. So the whole system that I bought originally did not work with the help of your on-line agents. This is a system I putting together to work at home and my start date is 8/15. The Geek squad can't get back her until 8/16. I will not make a purchase through you again. Not to mention that I had to pay more (of course) for the monitors and computer, and the downloads. My purchase date was 7/21 and I still do not have this system up and running.

Works well enough but mislead on one feature

Dell Desktop computer

There's got to be an easier way to begin with default settings acceptable to most users. Also, email has limits on attachment size and number of recipients not made known to the user...sent emails end up in the outbox without any notice to the users as to why.

Why I Called Your Competitor

I have paid for a membership there as well. It took forever for him to find out why I lost the use of Google Chrome to get to my email Inbox. I had been forced a day or two ago to use MAIL instead, which is a pain!!
