I had assistance, it was quick I told the person what I wanted and he showed me one that fit my needs we were done shopping. He was very accurate with the information he gave me. It is what I was looking for he listened to me.

When I brought it home, plugged everything in and turned it on, to my complete shock, the processor fan was immediately going full speed and was really loud! I waited about 30 minutes to see if the fan(s) would settle down, but they didn't. I work from home and there's no way I can work in my quiet office with this loud screeching fan whirly non-stop. Returning this today and getting a different brand. Very disappointed. For the amount of money I spent on this, I expected it to be absolutely quiet.

Most times customers can reduce the noise in their computers by updating their BIOS: An out-of-date BIOS can cause loud fan noises by having an outdated temperature table for the system. Buying this Dell was easy

I went after reviewing Dell computers having questions. The sales person helped me get what i wanted. The process of transferring my data from my old computer was handled very well. This was easy.

He disconnected the old computer and hooked up my new one as he programmed it , he also added some icons and loaded my Microsoft hardware

It doesn't have a CD/ DVD drive, but I had an external. It had a large SSD and lots of space in the box to upgrade. Nice clean shape, multiple USB slots.
