Bought this a couple of weeks ago, but just starting working on it this week. It's definitely faster than the last one I bought 7 years ago. For the most part, easy to use.

This computer meets my needs and expectations. The weight is fine. I really appreciate having 2 USB connection ports. The touch screen was not something I needed but I like having the option and it comes with a stylus. I've had no issues running multiple programs simultaneously. The ability to synchronize with multiple devices has been nice. I appreciate the sharp, crispness of the screen as well.

Really great computer. Quick speed. Touch screen works well. Runs games and software with quick speeds. No complaints.

It's a good laptop. I use it mostly for school so perhaps it would have been better to get a cheaper one but I am happy with this one. Some annoying parts is that the touch pad doesn't always read my finger. perhaps my hands are too dry but it is annoying for sure. This Laptop also folds over so you can use as a tablet but it doesn't pivot the screen so the keyboard is on the other side and it gets a bit clunky to use.

Good laptop with a stylus pen. Sometimes makes a speaks fan noise. Works fast and easy.

This 2-n-1 touch screen is a powerhouse machine. The screens 4k resolution and touch using the active pen makes one feel like this is way more than just a laptop. The speed of the 1TBSSD is amazing unlike anything I've used before. Windows 10 Home is a dream using compared to the last versions of 7 & 8.1 - miles of a difference. The aluminum body casing is sleek and strong unlike plastic casing for versions from 6 years ago. Just incredibly a superior machine for any computing needs. This would also be great for gaming as the processor/graphics are great for low end to mid ranged gaming speeds and performance.

Was in need of a laptop for personal use. Didn't need a big computer or a gaming computer. Talked to the salesperson and he showed me two options. I took the larger option and ended up with a powerful laptop computer at a reasonable price. He walked it over to the service center and had the necessary software installed which didn't take very long. I returned to pick it up the service person helped me to sign on and it's been up and running since.

I purchased this for my wife. She absolutely loves it! Fast, reliable and plenty of storage for her photos.

Nice feel to the keyboard. Love the pen! Nice to get back to a Dell. Just one issue windows 10 failing to close properly message is annoying.

Love this PC. It is super fast and easy to use. Love the touchscreen as well. I use it for school, homework and work and it has performed beautifully. It takes seconds to load up when you turn it on and be ready to use! I have had 20 windows open with multiple things running at the same time and it flys through and doesn't slow down!

This is a great product as advertised, works like a dream. I would def. recommend this.

I’ve already been for service once in the 3 weeks I’ve had this laptop. The speaker makes a loud popping sound occasionally, and the touchpad keeps sticking and not moving. It even did this for the service man at Best Buy, and he commented how strange that was. He suggested I leave it for a few days so he could run diagnostics, but I teach online most days and haven’t had a chance yet. It’s frustrating because I didn’t pay $1500 to have to restart my computer in the middle of a project each day so the touchpad would work again.
