I've been using a desktop for years for work and finally bought this Dell Inspiron... great machine. Love the touchscreen! I need a laptop in addition to the desktop and this is perfect I've always bought Dell or Mac in past...

With so many mid level laptop/2-1 machines only holding 256 or 512GB SSDs, I was excited to see this model had 1TB plus 16GB memory and 32GB optane assistance. Makes the machine very snappy with all operations. The UHD is certainly clear but what is the real blessing is the wonderful brightness of the screen. Often FHD is clear but not bright. Keyboard and track pad is ok. Track pad picks up errant palm pressure and when typing, frustratingly moves the cursor.

Great buy. I purchased this as an open-box product, and it worked fine. I love the technical specs. The keyboard is above average. It is very fast - exceeded expectations.

One of the worst laptops I have ever had. After 2 and half months of purchasing this laptop, it started to blue screen. The laptop would constantly crash while using it. The crashes got so bad that the track pad would sometimes not detect my finger so the mouse would not move. The battery does not last as long as they claim it should either. I contacted the manufacturer, Dell, for support, only for them to tell me that this problem is not covered by the one year manufacture warranty. So now they want me to pay for someone to fix the issue. There are so many issues with this product, it is NOT worth the price. This costs over $1,500 plus tax when I bought it. I was excited only to be completely disappointed with how quickly it crashed. Its a piece of trash and I would never recommend this product to anyone.

So far I am loving this laptop, the screen is extremely vibrant and the pc is fast. Only had it for a little over a week and no issues so far.

Windows 11 has been great. The Ultra HD picture quality is outstanding and the laptop has been blazing fast.

I love this pc so easy and versatile! Makes life a lot easier for me since I do remote work. Very light and love the touch screen.

Bought for my daughter for college. What can I say? It does everything it is supposed to do FAST. Very sleek and well built. It rivals my son's XPS line.

I was excited to pick up this laptop because it had everything I wanted: 4K touch screen, large solid state drive, most recent processor (11th gen Intel i7). Despite sounding great on paper, it has not performed how I would expect. I have three major gripes: 1) when switching between apps (i.e. from OneNote to Google Chrome) there is a noticeable lag/freezing when switching to the other app. I timed it and it's at least 1.5 seconds of lag after I click until the other window is actually open. A brand new computer like this should not be lagging when I select windows that are already loaded and open. 2) I like to wirelessly project my screen to my Roku to do workouts and I was able so on my previous laptop with no issues. However, on this computer, the video will freeze on my TV for several seconds every 30 seconds despite it continuing to play normally on the computer. This is not an issue with my internet connection or the Roku because I am able to do the exact same thing on my old computer without any issue. 3) Barely touching or moving the laptop will trigger the system sound that normally indicates a USB being connected or disconnected. This happens even when I have nothing plugged into the laptop. The sounds will just randomly play any time I slightly move the computer or the screen. Overall, a bit disappointed. On paper, this looked to be an amazing computer, but it fell short when actually performing. Not sure if I got a defective device or the computer just isn't that good. I made sure Windows, drivers, and all software were up to date, but still nothing helped improve it. I will likely be returning it.

No more endless buffering! Works well for my needs and apps, including Microsoft Access and Visio. I love the built in AI technology and the security features.

One of the best laptop I've purchased. Fast i7 processor and SSD drive. Love the touch screen and the Dell Active pen. I really love the fact that it has a built in place to store the pen and keeps the pen charged.

It’s very nice and works smoothly. It has extra memory of 1TB if you are looking for extra space for your data.

Really impressed with this thing thus far! The only thing I'm running into is sometimes the mousepad on the laptop doesn't seem to work quite right and the mouse gets stuck in one place.

I found the Dell Inspiron easy to set up, and easy to use. I love having the 10-key pad along with the numbers on the keyboard. Small downside, for some reason, the num lock will turn off but not that big of a deal

Geek folks did their best for me. Had to deal with a fsulty lsptop computer. Had to return the defective unit twice and fonally replace it.

I bought this laptop to run VMs/work from home and couldn’t have gotten a better product. It’s fast and never throttles the fans higher than they need to be.

Great computer. This is the my first computer for college and everything is working great. Love how it folds and you can use the pen to draw or sketch.

I purchased a fairly expensive Dell laptop. It's a good computer but nothing special. Not Best Buys fault. Maybe I should have shopped smarter.

I purchased this product in April 2021, it excels in every aspect in which I needed. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely purchase again

I got this a few weeks back and its been great. Nice touch screen, and I like that it has the number pad in the keyboard. The 2 in 1 design is great for watching movies or letting my kids zoom/skype their friends
