I love my Lenovo,it big and it goes really fast. I'm very happy with it.

The PC was an open item purchase. The tag outside the box indicated that everything was included. When the box was opened at home, there was no documentation of any kind. Not no Quick Start Guide, not any kind of guide at all to indicate what all was supposed to be in the box. Did a lot of guessing to set up the PC. PC seems to be working okay so far.

I happy with this laptop, ...but this one not a windows 11 as showed... Therefore I'm not recommend / refer this

First DELL I have purchased in a long time. Had problem upgrading to Windows 11 so took it in to the GeekSquad. They had problems also so they replaced it with another one, same manufacture, same model. This one upgraded to Windows 11 and so far has not experienced any problems of which I expect will not

I had the older model for the past 2 years.. I purchased this one for my wife so she can attend her classes. Everything about this computer has always been great. The only thing that I can say negatively is that the edge near your Palm is a little sharp maybe Dell needs to smooth the edges out a bit more..

Love this new laptop. Upgraded from an older Dell, and very happy with size, speed and system.

Love it very fancy. The stylus and tablet side...the best tool to use with google docs.

I haven't utilized this laptop for anything very productive yet, but watching You Tube videos has been very clean thus far. Having the dedicated video/graphics memory has been key to it's positive performance. I returned my initial, "alternate brand" laptop for poor video performance, in exchange for thus Dell, and I couldn't be happier! Best Buy has been incredible to work with during this exchange as well.

Terrible machine!!! Stay away. I barely had it 3mon before it was being shipped back for a new motherboard. Lasted another few weeks after that and was back to the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. Avoid this product!

Bryan helped us to choose the right laptop for my daughter college. Not too much not too little!, in computer performance speaking… and also the right price the meet my budget. Thank you Bryan for such as great job. My daughter is happy with the laptop, it makes her life much easier with her studies.

I love how it boots up fast. The mouse pad stinks though. It doesn't pauses too much. I adjusted the sensitivity and it is doesn't work very well. It is most frustrating. I will need to buy a wireless USB mouse. This was also open box and it didn't come with the pen.

I like the computer but find that if not plugged in it is too dark a screen to really use as well as when plugged in.

Super fast. The flash memory is way faster than older types. Keyboard is nice and large.

Purchased for son attending college - appreciated the student discount.

It's only been a couple days, but so far my son is happy with it.

so far, so good. I especially like the fact that when I open the lid, it starts up, even after a hard shut down. Then it sees my face and automatically logs in. that makes for a fast and easy log-in. Also, the 1TB SSD makes this a quick machine. A really good computer will cost you however. Being cheap, I wasn't thrilled to have to pay for it!!! However, Bestbuy did have a special going. That helped.

Happy with my purchase. I did a lot of comparison and this Dell had the features / performance that I needed. Good value.

I really like my new laptop. I find it very easy to use and setting it up was a breeze.

Have been a lifelong Windows user, until a month ago. Bought this Dell Geek Squad certified for a good deal. Was happy with it for a day, and then the problems began. Fingerprint scanner became 100% unreliable. Headphone jack worked only half the time. Boot-up times were abysmal, longer than my older i5 laptop! And worst of all, graphics heavy apps were buggy, crashed, or simply wouldn't run at all. This was supposed to have plenty of power to run them, and again, my older i5 ran them great. A huge letdown. Since then I've taken the leap to the Mac M1 machines, and am not looking back.

I had high hopes for this laptop but I've only had it for a little over a month and I've already called tech supoort twice. The earphone jack doesn't work properly. All I hear is static. The cursor starts going crazy after a while if I use the track pad and it's shut down on me twice for no reason. Very disappointed.
