PC has issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible computer. Had faith in it and actually returned 2 units hoping the third will be better. I was wrong. Great speed, good display but the blue screen issue is too much to overlook.

Buy a Surface Pro
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the amount spent on this laptop the quality is seriously lacking. It feels cheap, crashes consistently upon use of multiple apps, and cannot seem to decide when it wants to behave in tablet or desktop modes. The battery life also leaves much to be desired.

Purchase of Dell Inspirion 7506 2in1
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I've been using an ancient Dell desktop with Windows 7, it was time to get into the 21st century. I haven't had it long enough (give me another 10 years) to adequately evaluate the product, All I can say now is that it seems to be working well and meeting my needs.

Awesome Power User 2-in-1 at a Great Price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome laptop with better quality construction than I thought. I originally was worried about buying an Inspiron since my past experience with them was that they were flimsy and broke easily. However, this one surprised me to be more like a Latitude! This laptop has some serious performance behind it and the new processors are much better at battery life, I love my new laptop!

Happy customer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I'm not a heavy user, I'm very happy with my new computer. So far, I just check my email and I surf the net. The display is brilliant and the speed screen changes is fantastic. It does take longer than I expected when I first turn it on but that's ok. Great machine.

One star for Dell, 5 stars for Best Buy Geek Squad
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When my old laptop died, I purchased this Dell largely on the strength of a 1 TB SSD. The lack of USB ports and Ethernet connection were problems that I could live with, but once a day, I would get a blue screen of death. I liked the laptop so I attempted to work with Dell on a fix, but daily crashing and other issues became frustrating, especially when I finally diagnosed the problem as a driver supplied by Dell to support the laptop's internal hardware. Once Dell support ran remote diagnostics and determined there was no hardware problem, they wanted me to purchase diagnostic services at $99 to fix a problem with a driver that they shipped with the machine. Further research on my own determined that this driver is a known problem, and there is no updated driver to replace it. I brought the unit to the Geek Squad and after looking it over, reviewing my troubleshooting documentation, and giving me options, I elected to replace it with an HP Spectre x360. Though I liked the Dell machine's design and performance (except for the daily crashes), I figured that replacing it with another Dell wouldn't fix the bad driver and I had work I needed to catch up on. The daily troubleshooting was eating into my production time. Charging a $99 fee to fix a problem caused by software Dell supplies to operate Dell hardware is a ridiculous concept. Besides, from what the Best Buy tech and I determined, that driver still wasn't fixed by the time I returned the machine anyway. Being an Elite Plus member came in handy in that even though I had the Dell for over a month, Best Buy cheerfully replaced it with the HP for only the difference in price between the two units, a difference I would have paid anyway had I purchased the HP in the first place. I give Best Buy 5 stars for support on replacing this turkey.

Unexpected restarts, mouse issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So for openness this was an open box laptop but it was listed as being in excellent condition but it's far from: -The volume button does work sometimes when pressed especially when it's streaming via Bluetooth to a radio. -It has number unexpected restarts which makes me lose confidence if I don't save everything. This is a biggie. -I barely hear the fan but as the other reviewer said when it comes on (usually when the computer is processing a lot of things at the same time) it can get super super loud. -Mouse pad often times works and then doesn't. The cursor disspears and it's a game to find it. It's best to buy an external mouse when I you won't have that problem. I plan to send it in for repairs. I would have done this earlier but the geek squad said it would take 3 weeks for me to get it back smh.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely the worse laptop I have ever owned. Constant issues such as Blue screen of death during Zoom/ Microsoft Team presentations, Delayed typing (hard to have the hardware replaced 3 weeks after purchase) Overheats very easily- have to prop it up on the base of monitors to prevent overheating, Since purchasing in March 21- I have had to send to IT department 4 times. I am a remote employee, so I have to b able to rely on my laptop- this machine is not reliable at all. DO NOT WASTE you money. I have called Dell support (spent 2 hours on last call) the tech had me taking apart the machine all to find out the cord was not charging.
